Pervious Hazard is a wealthy long time bachelor in his mid fifties. He is about 6'1 with brown eyes and brown graying hair, and is of Irish and English descent.

Following the unexpected death of his father, a twenty year old Pervious was forced to put an end to his auror training and assume his father's former position as Chief Executive Officer of Wicked Witches Inc. The company is most famous and acquires most of it's wealth from the publication of Wicked Witches, an adult magazine founded by his late father. Pervious spent the next thirty five years working long hours to ensure that the industry was constantly on top of it's game. However, all work and no play makes Pervious a dull boy. He absolutely loves women and cannot for the life of him stay away from them. Fortunately for him, his work place is swarming with witches on a daily basis, young and ripe for the picking.

Despite the wealth and endless supply of women, being Pervious Hazard isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Due to the numerous assassination attempts throughout the years, he has become very mistrustful of those around him, except for his dear nephew. He has no close friends, no living relatives (other than his nephew), and refuses to marry. After years and years of isolation and attempts on his life, Pervious grew tired of it all and decided it was time for retirement. He left his nephew in charge of Wicked Witches Inc. and traveled to a school of magic where he took up a nice peaceful position.
