Transfiguration: An Introduction [1st Year Lesson]Kenneth, Professor Irving to his students, looked extremely cheerful this morning, and for that, there was a simplest explanation, the school term had begun once again. Time to share more knowledge with the young minds. Of course, other job offers were pilling in, asking him to be whatever it is, but his passion had always reside with teaching. There is nothing, in his mind, better than to teach. He stood before the empty tables in the infamous Transfiguration classroom which soon will be filled with students, he hoped. Ah... There are a lot to learn and barely enough time to teach, he hoped that he could cover as much as he would like over the course of the term.
The sound of students slowly entering the classroom alarmed Kenneth for a moment, he took his time to calm himself down. It was not like it is the first year he find himself teaching, but of course, each year promise new faces, and new faces means the more there is to learn about them before he could teach them. "Good Morning, welcome to Transfiguration. I am your Professor for this term and my name is Professor Irving. My first name is unimportant, and if you have learned it, just keep it your little secret." He said with a small wink. With that, he was sure half of the students in his class would try to find out what's his first name was, it had happen before, secret always attracts young minds.

Sachiko looked at Professor Irving, then at her housemate next to her. It was clearly going to be a long, long, year. She hoped their first lesson would be changing pins into spears.
If they lived that long.

Kenneth looked at his already bored student, he can't be that boring of a Professor, or could he? "Alright, since this is the first lesson, let's start with a bit of introduction before we even begin our lessons. He paused for a few seconds. "I'd like each of you to get up and introduce yourself and if you feel up to it, what you know about Transfiguration so far." He added.
